I believe that she acted correctly based on her moral concerns for the unborn child that will suffer harm because of the irresponsible actions of the customer who drinks despite the dangers of doing so while being pregnant. I would have done things a little different than Sovanny did. I would have voiced my concerns to my supervisor regarding the situation and then would have requested that another employee or Bob himself serve the customer so I could avoid participating.
