Q10 1. Which of the forces for change are causing GM to undertake major organizational change? Explain.
The power for change that was utilized was within and outside power. The major outside and inside powers that added to this change were the business sector changes and director's practices. They had persevered through the most exceedingly terrible vehicle deals slide in 25 years, and additionally the chapter 11 of the famous carmaker on which they had fabricated their organizations.
