In proposing a network solution in this technological world, one hard benefit that I will bring up is its cost effect. Benefit of cost savings allow organizations to invest in other areas.

The soft benefits are undeniably difficult because it is not easy to quantify accurately, for example, employee satisfaction - making it easy to access their network-based applications and data from any location; flexibility in conducting business using laptop computers and other devices such as PDAs and phones. Other benefits include employee's ability to communicate whenever and wherever they want, and eliminating or minimizing mistakes. Of importance is the reduction of employee turnover that would inevitably help an organization the expense of hiring and training new employees. Lastly, wireless network becomes a competitive advantage for organizations - mobility is a real solution.
Dq 2 1. Determining Deployment Scenario - The first step in designing a wireless LAN depends on the correct type of wireless network to be deployed. 2. Selecting the IEEE Wireless Network - After the deployment scenario has been determined, the next step is deciding which IEEE wireless network type would be suitable from these three standards: IEEE 802.1 1b; 802.1 1a; and 802.1 1g. 3. Type of Access Point Management - the management functions of a wireless LAN, for example, user authentication, encryption, and access point management are included in the access point itself. Any configuration to the wireless LAN must be done through the access point. 4. Location of Wireless Devices - Advantages of wireless networking is the ability to roam without wires, but consideration must be given to the optimal location of wireless devices, for example, interference of radio signals from other objects such as walls, pillars, shelving, etc.

From the choices present, I would classify my hospital operating under the systems theory. The systems theory is viewing productivity as a function of the whole, each person or division having to do with the success or failure with the system (Sullivan & Decker, 2009).
