Racism has been the central development of some laws. Some blacks are still recovering from racism. Blacks were enslaved and then brought to the United States of America from there countries. In 178, slavery was driven out of the northern states but, still hung on in the southern states. Slavery wasn’t discussed during the constitutional convection held in the summer of 1787 in Philadelphia. In 1790, 757,000 blacks lived in the United States of America 700,000 were slaves, and 22% of families owned slaves. In 1860, 90% of blacks were slaves and the number of slave owning families dropped 10%. Slaves couldn’t: vote, marry, own fire arms, read, write, or talk back to their owners (whites). But Gun Owners of America thinks differently. They want America’s schools to fight fire with even more fire.
