...to the Questions NUTRITION ANALYSIS 1. According to the Food Guide Pyramids minimum recommendations, I did not eat properly any of the three days. I did however try to keep an eye on what I ate, but it is tough when the monetary funds are not available, and when I work as much and as late as I do. I seemed to eat more grains than the recommended amount, but definitely less fruits, and sometimes vegetables, dairy, and protein. 2. Over the course of the three days I consumed between 1000 and 1500 calories. I generally try to stay right around 1250-1300 calories, based off of my “Biggest Loser” Wii game and a calorie counting application I have installed on my cell phone. 3. Throughout the three days I seemed to be kind of all over the place as far as when I consumed the majority of my calories. Mostly, I would say dinner time or lunch time was when I consumed the most calories. I am inconsistent when it comes to what I eat and at what time of the day I eat. 4. Every day I did make sure to eat breakfast, that is one meal I am very consistent about when it comes to eating, and I generally will eat a bowl of cereal or a bowl of oatmeal. I try to make sure to eat a good breakfast because I know for me it is the meal that gets me going for the day. I have noticed whenever I do not eat breakfast in the morning, I generally will get hungry very quickly and also seem to snack quite a bit more than I usually would. I should however try and eat some kind of fruit along......

Market Analyses

...McDonald’s | March 22 2010 | | Project 2 Market analyses | Brief summary SWOT analysis - The fast-food industry is highly influenced by governmental policies, sales rates are grooving even during the recession. The changing lifestyles of consumers to a healthier and quicker one can be seen as both- a threat and opportunity. As a threat- due to a healthier lifestyle McDonald’s as well as other fast food restaurants can lose many consumers. As an opportunity- as people are getting more and more busy due to their work, they do not have enough time to make meals at home, and they choose to eat at fast food restaurants. McDonald’s have good quality of service and promotions, which is also one of the reasons of successful marketing. The main strength is of course their huge brand they built up. On the other hand the strongest weakness is the perception of the customers that look at McDonald’s as a very unhealthy place to eat. Competitive situation – The competitive situation within the fast food industry is very hard. McDonald’s is the leader in this industry, but still it has to deal with big rivalry. There are many other restaurants and other substitute products that consumers can choose. A big variety of the “other possibilities what and where to eat” makes strong buyers power. While in the global market entry barriers are high (due to high expenses to establish a big company), in a more local market, these barriers are much lower because it does not require......

...Strayer University Assignment 5 The Government has a Right to Control What We Eat ISMAIL DEMIRKIRAN PHI 210 Prof, Mccormak Anthony June, 13, 13 We are living in a world of extreme rules and regulations. There was a time when people joked about asking officials before eating their food, and well, the time has arrived. Governments are controlling the food that goes in our mouths. This paper presents a critical analysis on a very crucial topic of today’s time i.e. the government has a right to control what we eat. This paper presents a detailed over view of how the government has been already controlling our food and what the main reason behind this control of government, along with its conflict with human rights in general. There are several aspects to look at this topic. The approach governments are taking on order to end the maniac of obesity, and unhealthy diet habits amongst the people is understandable, however people who hold the right to freedom shall also have the right to eat what is under their budget. Not every man can afford a nice and healthy meal three times a day. The idea of fast food chain was introduced because of the lack of time that busy workers faced in their daily routines and these fast food restaurants provided quick services to their consumers without the mayhem of standing in quos or waiting for their orders (Insel, Ross, Bernstein, & McMahon, 2012). The government, however, already does control our diet in a major way.......

The least percentage of my total intake is grains for all three days. Two of the three days I did not eat grain at all. The fruits group exceeds the recommendation level in all three days and it unlikely will affect my health, because it is simple sugar that is metabolized quickly and easily by the body. Simple sugars, like fructose, are not a problem for people who are active and healthy. An average healthy person would have to consume A LOT of fruit for it to get to the point of being unhealthy. Moderate fruit intake is certainly recommended as part of a healthy diet. But the deficiencies of vegetables and especially grains in my diet can increase risk for heart disease. Lack of dietary fiber from whole grains and vegetables can lead to constipation, increase risk of type 2 diabetes and some vitamins and minerals deficiency. 3.Nutrient Analysis Comparing my intake for each nutrient against the “Recommended or Acceptable Range”, the protein in my diet is almost twice exceeding the recommended......

How every perceives God, Humanity, Jesus, Restoration, Analysis, Reflection are different in many ways. Christian’s view them in a completely different worldview than say someone who does not believe in them. All people have their own views as well as how they see things from right and wrong. According to the Christian worldview, this is how God, Humanity, Jesus, Restoration, Analysis, and Reflection will be examined and explained. There are many ways to explain what God is and what he is like. Many cultures including the Christians see God as being in control of all. When you look at Christianity through the eyes of a Christian and then look through the eyes of a non-believer, you will come up with a completely different view of God. However, in the eyes of a Christian, when something goes wrong in their life they tend to ask the question, “why has this happened to me, where is God at when I need him the most?” (Garvey, 2000)These types of questions show that God cannot be everywhere all the time. Within all the religions that are considered Christian, God has many different characteristics.
