Effective Communication
This paper will provide a brief introduction to effective and ineffective ways for sharing information and ideas among other individuals. It can explain how techniques can be applied or modified within the health care work environment and what can be the impact of technology. Communication properly is a way to help individuals build trust and respect with each other. However, communication is important in learning and accomplishing goals, even if a person would to use body language is a way of sharing ideas feelings and how committed a person is. Communication is one of the effective ways for a group to share ideas; however, communication can be ineffective with e-mails, texting, writing, and one of the biggest impacts is technology. Technology is a great deal but can impact how communication is presented.
Effective communication and sharing ideas with individuals comes in many ways. However, is known an effective leader are people who should be dynamic, intelligent, who most often dependable, a person who can achieve task in a timely matter with his or her employees. Effective communication is a way to approach another person to provide a strong direction and know how to support his or her subordinates. Effective communication helps in making important decisions with the company, and employees. When using effective communication it can help identify behaviors in a situation and know how to be flexible and open minded to exhibit this type of behavior. Another good way of effective communication would be providing incentives when working on big projects, showing other individuals how important he or she is to the company. Open communication is a way to have an understanding with each other developing open communication can help individuals speak his or her mind and discuss different ideas. Leaders should at time be part of a project and ask around if anyone needs help by doing this it can help with communication and understanding. Developing a team project can help with the communication process. Working with a team help give each other ideas, brainstorm, and ask each other questions in how to improve the performance, or finishing a task on a timely matter.
Ineffective ways of communication can come in various ways. Most often managers become ineffective because of the lack of keeping a regular communication with his or her employees. When an individual at work feels as if, he or she is not receiving the proper information this will create ineffective communication. One of the problems most often managers face would be a large amount of work, and in some cases he or she will ignore the employee’s communication. However, most often the biggest problems of communication would be how to perceive the information to another person. When a company has a problem with organizational structure, it can become complex because the communication has been loss in many ways. Ineffective communication comes from poor listening, which can lead to emotions from stress and anger. Not developing monthly meetings can cause misunderstanding and confusing with individuals. If the managers do not participate with his or her department most likely it will create ineffective communication.
One good way to apply techniques in a health care work environment would be group team. Group teams are responsible to complete and reach the goals and work together to create a good health care service to the public. Developing a group team can help settle situations rapidly and ideas to meet the project deadline. Developing a group team, could help relax the group, to have a better communication, trust, and understanding in trying to make something work. In a work environment is important for member to understand each other, and by having team group it can help individuals develop people skills, and good customer service. Group team can work together not against one another, the team should have an understanding of the goals and how to handle team errors in a professional way. Health care team is responsible in making sure all patients receive the same treatment such as providing the best care possible to be compassion, and proving the best customer service. Every health group like to be remembered by the quality of good health care service. Therefore, the patient can give the good word to another person, about the good experience he or she had at the medical office. Patients feel good knowing the medical team most often concerned in making sure the patient receive the best care in every possible way.
One of the way technology can become an impact how good it would be for team effectiveness, how it will work for the organization, how well it works with employees development, and the empowerment. The entire example, which most often given; plays an important part of maintaining a good communication. Technology is one of the best tools to have; technology is what keeps an office running smoothly. If technology does not work properly then it can impact an organization in many ways. The impact could be ways of communication, sending out memo within the company, and job satisfaction.
Technology has its impact with text messaging and e-mail communication; because using this type of technology can limit an individual in using proper English and grammar. Therefore, these types of communication can impact a person professional environment. Using technology is fast, fun, and easy; however, technology can lead to misunderstanding among individuals, which will impact communication. One of the biggest impacts of technology would be a person forgetting how to write a formal letter or memo in the business world.
Conclusion
Effective communication is important in making sure how the message is interpret. Listening, understanding, making a person feel comfortable is one of the way for effective communication. Effective communication is use when making important decisions in life, and an open mind about situations. However, on good techniques in a work environment would be team group. Team group helps a company run smoothly to make sure customers or patients are comfortable in the office. Organization needs to make individuals believe he or she is welcome and wanted to make sure he or she comes back for the service. Good team works and help the organization build a good reputation. Technology can impact an organization in many ways, if not use in a proper way. Therefore, is important to understand how to communication through technology, so communication can be applied properly.
