The Process
The specifically calibrated red light is going through the skin and causes the fat cell to open. It then causes the contents of the fat cell to slowly drain out into the lymphatic system and its contents are then processed through the liver. Whatever the system does not use for energy, it will then send the contents of the fat cells to the digestive system to process and eliminate through the bodily waste when you go to the bathroom.

The liver is what processes alcohol, regular medications, caffeine etc.
If someone has had alcohol within the last 3 days, the liver will be working on the alcohol, meds, or caffeine before it works on the contents of the fat cells trying to drain o If the liver is backed up contents will have to wait to be processed and will cause a temporary bloating effect that will normally go down with in the next 24 to 72 hours.
(That’s how inches can go up) o If someone has not had alcohol, meds or caffeine or if they have a highly functioning liver, lymphatic system, and digestive system, we can visually see and measure a change as the contents of the fats cells drain into the inner lymphatic system. (That’s how inches can go down)

Someone will not actually “feel the difference” in density until they have actually eliminated (by going to the bathroom) what is draining out the fat cells. That is why they do not feel different after getting off of the table (they need to eliminate)
Now that the process has been explained, the importance of each procedure guideline will be explained. Bowel Function
Obviously digestion and elimination are key components of being able to process the contents of the fat cells. That being said, how are your bowel movements? Are you having at least one healthy bowel movement each day or more? If not you will need to do a bowel cleanse – I recommend for you to keep taking the required supplements if you are doing more sessions to have them in your system or at least for the next 3 days. It is perfectly fine to finish the bottles. Milk thistle and Pantesin help to process the contents of the fat cells through the liver. Along with all of the other beneficial health properties, taking
Vitamin C and Magnesium in the recommended dosage is a great safe way to cleanse the bowel. (See the procedure guidelines for dosage)
In addition, you may want to consider our pharmaceutical grade liquid supplement that improves your body’s ability to utilize and eliminate stored body fat and the liberated fat cells' contents from red light therapy. This also helps you look and feel better over-all. Instructions on how to take the liquid supplement is also on the procedure guidelines.

Water
Water helps to flush the system and move the contents of the fat cell along in the elimination process. I recommend that you drink half of your weight in ounces. Example: if someone weighs 150 lbs. - cut that in half and that person should be drinking 75 ounces of water. Whatever your weight is please cut that in half and that is how much you should be drinking in ounces of water per day. Remember please do not drink a half hour before, during or a half hour after you eat. It washes out the digestive enzymes you need to break down your meal and it will slow down the elimination process. (Keep it running smooth especially for the 3 days after your procedure!!!) Also, I highly recommend that you discontinue the use of coffee or other caffeinated beverages during the course of the program because they are a diuretic and cause dehydration. If you feel that you must have coffee, please keep your intake to a minimum (without crème) or switch to a lower caffeine content beverage green tea, yerba mate or
Zevia soda.
Lymphatic Stimulation
Are you on a regular workout routine? If so how often and what type of exercise do you do? If not, I do not recommend starting a rigorous work out of P90X or hot room yoga, but rather I suggest that you do
20 to 30 minutes of brisk walking each day. Some people like to use a shaker plate (vibrating plate you stand on) or rebounder (looks like mini trampoline) that you can find at most gyms as well as walking to really help process the contents of the fat cells. People also find it very beneficial to get a lymphatic massage. Make sure that during any of these activities that you have water to replace any of the water lost during physical activity. Hydrate - Hydrate - Hydrate!!!
Compression
Do you own a medical grade compression garment from a previous surgery that covers the area being treated? If not, for an introductory session you want to put some form of compression on whether that be a very tight wrap or girdle or Spanx. However, we actually require a medical grade compression garment to be ordered based on your measurements if you are to do multiple sessions and that comes standard with all of our new client packages. I will be taking a few extra measurements when taking your post measurements so that we have your size on file for a compression garment if you were to do future services. The way that the compression works:
Example: Picture your fat cell as an olive oil filled balloon. If you had an olive oil filled balloon, and you punctured it with a tiny pin, the olive oil would slowly ooze out of the balloon, but eventually it would stop oozing unless you put pressure on it. When you put pressure on it, you can squeeze out as much olive oil as possible as well as you can mold the balloon flat.
Remember you only have 3 days that the fat cells remain open to drain and then they close…whatever is in them stays in them unless you do another session. Therefore, you can see how important the compression is, because it will help you drain as much of the contents of the fat cell as possible! You don’t want a bunch of half way filled fat cells and definitely want mold and shape the fat cells to your new slimmer body! (Mold it like butter – the cells are the most pliable at this state!!!)

Make sure to wear your compression garment as soon as possible after a treatment and for at least 8 hours each day for at least a week after a session. (Some people find it most practical to wear it at night so that it does not affect their daily routine.) The more you wear your compression garment, the more you can reshape your new slimmer body. You will see up to 40% more of a difference in body slimming by wearing your compression garment so make sure you wear your garment!

Food Intake
This is a partnership - no misconceptions that undergoing red light therapy is a means as an excuse to increase your food intake! What you do outside of your sessions is the other part of the body slimming equation. I recommend that you go on a low-fat/sugar diet. This allows your kidneys, liver and lymphatic systems to more effectively purge the excess fat as it is converted to energy. I recommend a diet consisting of five meals per day totaling 1200 calories (limited caloric intake is advised because your body will be processing the liberated fat as energy, so along with the nutraceutical package, you will not experience hunger like you might think). There is caloric content to what is coming out of your cells so you will want to make sure that your calories for the day are less than the regularly recommended 2000 calorie diet so that your body will not have excess calories to process.

SWEETS/SWEETNERS: Avoid all processed sugars (sweet tea, sodas, sweets, or any items containing sugar or high fructose corn syrup), avoid artificial sweeteners (Nutrisweet, Splenda,
Equal, Aspartame, Crystal Light etc.) - THEY BLOAT THE ABDOMEN! (truvia, stevia, xylitol and/or erythritol are ok if tolerated)
DAIRY/FATS: Avoid all fats (including all fried foods and dairy – cheese, milk, and yogurt) except up to 2 tsp. of either extra virgin olive oil or hemp oil and CLA and Fish Oil are ok to take.
(Let the body process the contents of the fat cells DO NOT INTRODUCE NEW FAT INTO THE
BLOOD STREAM!!!) (Milk substitutes are Almond Milk or Hemp Milk (be sure they are unsweetened) CARBOHYDRATES: Avoid many carbohydrates (breads, pasta, white potatoes, dried beans, corn products), sweet potatoes and gluten free grains (brown rice, brown rice pasta, wild rice, quinoa, millet, etc.) are ok at 1 serving per day without sauces.
FRUITS: Berries and green apples and grape fruits are ok at 2 servings a day (Lemons and Limes are ok to add to water for flavor). No high sugar fruits =bananas, watermelons, pineapples, oranges, red apples, cantaloupes, peaches
VEGETABLES: Salads and green vegetables are great (spritz is okay, but no dressings with fat and high calories).
LEAN PROTEINS: turkey, lamb, tofu/tempeh, fish, and sprouted brown rice protein powder (at
Whole Foods) are great options. Avoid any other forms of protein powder – whey, soy and others (even isolate) bloat the abdomen and slow down digestion.

• NO FOOD after 9pm (especially sugars or carbohydrates) and go to bed before 11pm with at least 6 hours of sleep daily
• Drink 16 – 20oz of water immediately upon awakening every day and then do 30 minutes of light exercise (i.e. walking), all before your first meal

FAQ’s
What does an inch loss look like?
An inch equates to a 20 oz. water bottle full of the contents of the fat cells that needs to be drained.
What does the average person lose on an initial Waistbuster session?
For most females (we have the softer fat) on a waist buster typically we will lose from 1-3 inches accumulatively (sometimes more – even though the waistbuster is not a guaranteed session) For individuals that have harder fat, they typically lose 1 to 2 inches…which is still really great. Most people lose that amount after 2 months of hard diet and exercise.
What type of sessions and how many of them will I need to reach my goals?
Based on the information that we talked about as well as knowing that the average person needs at least 11 sessions I would recommend___ of _____ type of sessions to achieve your goals.
How long do the results last after a package?
Results from our BioSlim Lipo BioSculpt typical procedure regimens last permanently with lifestyle modification because the fat cells' contents that either processed by the liver or excreted by the bowel are permanently drained. Without lifestyle modification a 1-2 session maintenance may be needed every season (1 to 2 months).

Eminem

...Rapper. Eminem was born as Marshall Bruce Mathers III on October 17, 1972 in St. Joseph, Missouri. He never knew his father, Marshall Mathers Jr., who abandoned the family when Eminem was still an infant and rebuffed all of his son's many attempts to contact him during his childhood. As a result, Eminem was raised by his mother, Deborah Mathers. She never managed to hold down a job for more than several months at a time, so they moved frequently between Missouri and Detroit, Michigan, spending large chunks of time in public housing projects. "I would change schools two, three times a year," Eminem later recalled. "That was probably the roughest part about it all."  This itinerant lifestyle left a large impact on his personality. He had no close friends, kept almost entirely to himself and was treated like an outcast at each new school. "Beat up in the bathroom, beat up in the hallways, shoved into lockers," he remembered. Eminem has been scathingly critical of the way his mother raised him. Through his song lyrics, he has publicly accused her of being addicted to prescription drugs as well as subjecting him to emotional and physical abuse. However, Deborah Mathers has vehemently denied all such accusations, and in 1999 she filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against her son. They settled the case for $25,000.  Eminem attended Lincoln High School in Warren, Michigan, where he failed the ninth grade three times and eventually dropped out at the age of 17. Despite being...

...Iconic Americans: Eminem Marshall Bruce Mathers III was born on October 17, 1973. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri. Marshall would eventually become the “Eminem” we all know of today. America first really heard of Eminem in 1999 when he was becoming popular for being a white rapper. Marshall moved around in various states with his mother and eventually ended up living in Detroit when he was twelve. In high school, before dropping out in ninth grade, Marshall took up rapping. He joined a few groups: Basement Productions, D12, and the New Jacks. This is when he named himself Eminem. In 1997, he released his first solo album “Infinite.” Eminem’s new album was taken badly and he was earning a bad reputation being compared to other rappers. He got revenge on his critics when he won the “Freestyle Performer of the Year” award on the Wake Up Show, which gave him a boost with his determination to be successful. Also, in the Los Angeles’ annual Rap Olympics, Eminem finished as runner-up. In 1998, he released his album “The Slim Shady EP.” He named this album after himself because of his “dark side.” This album marked some hurtful attacks on his critics. His most popular song, “Just Don’t Give A Fuck,” got him guest appearances on MC Shabaam Sahddeq’s single, “Five Star Generals.” That song also got him onto Kid Rock’s “Devil Without a Cause” set. After this, Dr.Dre took in Eminem into his music and Records Company and acted as his co-producer. Dr. Dre was featured in...

Eminem

...Marshal Mathers, also known as Eminem, has been creating a stir in the music industry over the past few years. Many people feel affended and intimidated with him while he uses his freedom of speech and expresses himself. His rapping and hip hop lyrics are raw, explicic and very offending to many different types of people. There are many reasons for the type of music Eminem makes. There are many reasons why his music is the way it is. Eminem, A.K.A. Slim Shady, made his debut in 1998. Many people do not understand where Slim Shady comes from. As a child, he had no father, his mother was an alcoholic and a drug addict. Also Eminem moved back and forth from Kansas city to urban Detroit. While growing up, he was picked on and beaten by people all the time. He would get jumped and beat by his mother. All of these instances lead to the type of music he makes today. To add to all of this, his closest relative and best friend, comitted suicide when Slim was in his adolcence. The song I selected is off of Eminems most recent album, The Marshal Mathers LP, and it is titled “The Real Slim Shady”. I chose this song for many reasons. This song mocks the mainstream artists and songs of the time. He makes a pop song which becomes mainstream, in order to show everyone how easy it is to make pop music. Also, his lyrics rhyme and make sense and i think it is amazing how his signing and music just flows perfectly. Eminem has explicic lyrics which help to press the issue at hand...

Eminem and Women

...Eminem and Women MUSI 1002 – FINAL PAPER, FALL 2014 December 2, 2014 In this day and age, the molding of children is one of if not the most important task of what a parent may have to face. Many parents have to experience the unpleasant task of having to filter between what to allow or not allow their innocent children to be exposed to. This is due to the fact that the media now plays a huge role on how a child will grow up and what a child will think is right and wrong. Factors such a famous celebrities and music play some of the most influential roles. This becomes a problem when music, such as Rap and Hip-Hop, portray certain issues and ideas in a very negative way (Watkins, 85); a way in which a child may completely misunderstand and therefore take away a very unhealthy idea of it. Not only can a genre be at fault in an instance like this, but also an artist who actually allows to put out such messages and ideas into the world. One of the most controversial topics in the Rap industry is the topic about women and how they should be portrayed. Eminem, an artist who is heavily criticized about his degrading and demoralizing of women in his lyrics and music videos, is an example of such artist (Hess, 490). He is very well known and also loved for his lyrics and music videos that represent women as sexual objects encourage domestic violence against women, and attack women of prestige and power within the social elite world. Eminem’s style of music consists of Rap. The...

Admirig Eminem

...Admiring Eminem Marshall Mathers, better known as Eminem, has had many achievements in his life, but life wasn't always good. Growing up in a poor trailer park in Warren Mich. He failed out of ninth grade, which led to him dropping out of high school. He tried to go back but couldn't do it, he just wanted to rap and to be a star one day. Over the years he freestyle in some local clubs and participated in some competitions. It wasn't until 1997 that he was recognized, he won the Wake Up Show Freestyle Performer of the Year from L.A. Djs Sway and Tech and earned second place in Rap Sheet magazine's "Rap Olympics," an annual freestyle rap competition. Then in 1998 he released The Slim Shady LP, his first known record. "Slim Shady is the evil side of me, the sarcastic foul-mouthed side of me," Eminem says during an interview with the Source. In 2000 he released his second cd, The Marshall Mathers LP. Eminem has been known as one of the most provocative, controversial rappers in contemporary pop music. A lot of people think he can get away with this because he is the first "legitimate" white rapper. "I'm white in a music started by black people. I'm not ignorant to the culture and I'm not trying to take anything away from the culture," he said in his defense. "But no one has a choice where they grew up or what color they are. If you're a kid or a ghetto kid you have no control over your circumstance. The only control you have is to get out of your situation...

Why Eminem Is Important

...Critical Argument Analysis Essay “Why Eminem Is Important” Eng 215 Think about what would happen if there was no Eminem? One less rapper is more than likely what you are thinking right? Well it is not just one less rapper. It would also be one less role model for those who really care about him. Eminem is an influence to the young life and even the adults. His songs are stories based on his life and things that he would have wanted to change or make different. Most of them are based on subjects that actually happened to him first hand. Some of the children growing up in this time and some adults face some of the same problems he faced. Therefore, Eminem is an influence who expresses his self in his own different style or character. His music is an influence because of its rhythmical story behind it. Take the song “Mockingbird” for example; it is a song of how Eminem’s daughter Hailie was growing up with her mom always on the news and her dad (Eminem) was always on the move. If you think about it, not everyone gets to see their parents’ everyday of the week. Some of the children’s parents may work different shifts at their job which makes it unable for the children to see them a lot or as much as they want and this was being expressed during the song “Mockingbird”. Hailie barely got the chance to see her dad or her mom and stayed with her “Crazy Uncle Laney”. It is true that some of his music can be somewhat violent and explicit...

Eminem Lose Yourself

...Eminem – Lose Yourself After analyzing ‘Lose Yourself’ by Eminem, I’ve understood Eminem’s emotion in this song. He raps about taking a chance at success and being able to take it without anyone stopping him. He also refers to the movie 8 mile, where he failed his first chance and knew that his second opportunity he had to succeed. Analyzing the lyrics, with all the expression he has on him he’s starting to lose his desire and momentum of being an artist. At one point he says “A normal life is boring, but super stardom's close to post mortem” which means that having a normal life is boring, but being a superstar is almost being dead. Eminem feels like being a superstar is a lot of pressure and the expectation levels are very high because you need to keep producing content that is bigger and better which he said in this sentence “It only grows harder, only grows hotter”. He’s been through tough times in his career and tries his best to gain respect from other rappers in the industry. My final thoughts on this analysis would be that this song is about his tough times and what he goes through in his career and he truly does a great job expressing it in ‘Lose Yourself’. Everyone in life goes through tough situations and I can reflect on this when it comes to school grades. As I explained in the following paragraph “It only grows harder, only grows hotter” means you have to produce better content for better results is something I can reflect on. It’s never easy to get good...

Research Paper About Eminem

...When was in 7th grade, I primarily listened to pop and country music. During lunch, my friends and I were gathered around the lunch table, talking about the upcoming super bowl when my friend Tyler began to argue that Eminem should’ve been chosen for the halftime show performance. All my friends agreed with him, when I said, “who’s Eminem?” Everyone looked at me as if they had seen a ghost. After a moment of disbelief, I was given a crash course about his music. Even though I wasn’t into the rap genre, I decided to give it a chance. I Googled up his most popular songs and came upon on “Not Afraid”. I was blown away by the chorus and instantly hooked. I am always put into a trance from the fast rhythmic beat of this song. Whenever I listen to this song, it only makes my mood better. This songs takes those long horrible days and turns them into amazing and productive days. Even though I don’t dance, this song makes me bust a move every time I listen to it. Finally, this songs makes frees me from all the stressors in everyday life....

The Eminem Show

...While writing about the various power players in history, I developed the theory that the source of their success could almost always be traced to one single skill or unique quality that separated them from others. For Napoleon, it was his remarkable ability to absorb a massive amount of detail and organize it in his mind. This allowed him to almost always know more than his rival generals about what was going on. After observing Fifty and talking to him about his past, I decided that the source of his power is his utter fearlessness. This quality does not manifest itself in yelling or obvious intimidation tactics. Any time Fifty acts that way in public it is pure theater. Behind the scenes, he is cool and calculating. His lack of fear is displayed in his attitude and his actions. He has seen and lived through too many dangerous encounters on the streets to be remotely fazed by anything in the corporate world. If a deal is not to his liking, he will walk away and not care. If he needs to play a little rough and dirty with an adversary, he goes at it without a second thought. He feels supreme confidence in himself. Living in a world where most people are generally timid and conservative, he always has the advantage of being willing to do more, to take risks, and to be unconventional. Coming from an environment in which he never expected to live past the age of twenty-five, he feels like he has nothing to lose, and this brings him tremendous...
