Five Ways to Increase Hair Growth Naturally

To increase hair growth from the root, you must look at the root cause!
Hair Loss, what’s it good for? I know the struggles of loosing your hair. As a teen, arguably the when hair is most important I experienced the struggle, because of my lifestyle and nutrition. I was also on medication. When I decided to make changes to these three, I was able to feel “normal” again as I got new hair growth.
We all have our own recipes to healthy hair growth. This is my five-step recipe. It has been essential in my journey of hair growth. Try it, and may it help you too.

1. Adequate stomach acid equals hair growth.

5. Increase hair growth naturally by supporting thyroid health
Hypothyroidism is an autoimmune condition that has many effects on your body. Its symptoms can include not only weak nails but also weak hair and even hair loss. Your thyroid regulates your metabolism. So, when your thyroid is not producing enough hormones, your cells will not have enough energy and therefore your metabolism will be slower.
Thyroid health is therefore very important. There are ways to support your thyroid health. I researched means to help my thyroid. There are medications you can take to support your thyroid, but there is also a nutritional approach to supporting your thyroid. Nutrition is very important to balance out your hormones. However, if you are going to tweak your diet, you should go for a plan that works well for you. If you have an autoimmune condition, then maybe you can look at the autoimmune paleo protocol.

Hair and nails are very good indicators of health. If you feel that your hair growth issues are a symptom of something deeper then you should do some research on it.
