Nainital is one of the most beautiful and hot tourist destination of Uttrakhand and north India, and its beauty lies with is wonder calm naini lake which is covered with with mountain frm three sides.Around naini lake you will find forest of deodra, oak , pine holding the valley in form of (anjuli) The city is populated around naini lake. In nainital you can visit round the year and its shows diffent colors of season.Lots of hotel. restaurant and cottages where you can night stay viewing naini lake, its pleasure to walk around naini lake in night as there is lots of rush there you can have boating, tracking, horse riding , fun its like fest .

Bhimtal and The Lake District surrounding Nainital east and south of the Hill Resort consist of four main lakes, a number of smaller lakes or ponds and other interesting and potential tourism spots within a total area of approximately 60 sq km. The four lakes are Bhimtal, Naukuchital, Saattal and Khurpatal, together with two smaller lakes or rather ponds Garudatal in an isolated location near Saattal, Naldamyantital with religious importance for the local population in the area and five smaller water bodies nearby. …show more content…
Naukuchiatal or ‘lake of nine corners’ is a small hill station in Nainital district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The lake is 175 feet deep and is situated at 1220 mts above sea level. It is surrounded by hills covered in trees and shrubs. It is the deepest of all the lakes in the Nainital region. Length of lake is 983 mts., breadth is 693 mts & depth 40.3 mts.It is within an enchanting valley offering an opportunity of angling and bird watching.There is ample scope for rowing, paddling or yachting.
