Write a brief report of your findings in the answer book. 1. An electric goods company arranged a training program for its employees. The company wants to measure the change in the attitude of its employees after the training. For this purpose a questionnaire is used, which consists of 10 questions on a 1 to 5 rating scale (1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree). The company selected a random sample of 10 employees. The scores obtained are given below. Determine whether there is a change in the attitude of the employees after the training program. 3) A market is controlled by two leading companies – A and B. Company A is concerned that a sizable number of its customers may shift to company B because of an aggressive advertising campaign launched by it. In order to assess the anticipated customer shift, the researchers at company A have prepared a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions, on a five-point rating scale (1is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree). It has been administered to 10 randomly selected customers of company A and 12 randomly selected customers of company B. The scores obtained are given in the following table.
