Mission Statement: Our Mission is to provide the highest quality of service to our clients while showing respect and maintaining trust.
By making a commitment to work at Company A, you are making the commitment to uphold our high standards of ethics when conducting business with our clients, vendors and colleagues.
· Because of the level of access to client information Company A and its consultants have, it is imperative that we maintain a high level of trust with our clients. It is also essential that this information be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of Company A consulting with its client. Any improper use of a client’s business or personal information will result in disciplinary action and/or termination.
· Employees of Company A will treat all clients, vendors and colleagues with a high level of respect while conducting business on and off company property.
· All persons employed by Company A have a responsibility to the clients, vendors and company to uphold all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any violations of such laws shall be reported immediately.
· All employees will treat vendors and clients with fairness when accepting or declining projects, contracts, and accounts. The consultants will report any circumstance that would influence judgment when carrying out Company A’s business affairs.
· All employees will handle client accounts with care and lend their highest level of expertise when making recommendations for the client. If a consultant feels they are not able to fulfill the client’s needs, they should report this to a director immediately.
· Employees will not accept gifts of monetary value or benefits in exchange for services or recommendations of any kind. All gifts should be reported to the director before accepting.
