Mr. BABIN. Mr. Speaker, I rise to today to recognize First Baptist Christian Academy (FBCA) of Pasadena, Texas on its 25th Anniversary.

Through the vision of Dr. Charles Redmond and the members of First Baptist Church, First Baptist Christian Academy opened its doors to forty-five Pre-K through second grade stu-dents and five teachers in August of 1993. FBCA’s first graduating class received its diplo-mas in May of 2003. Currently, FBCA host six hundred students and offers a variety of award-winning extracurricular activities including academics, athletics and fine arts. FBCA’s dedication to its students is exemplified by a ninety-nine percent graduation rate for all senior classes and approximately ninety-seven percent of all graduates
