In addition, the performance outcome of the agency is direct reflection of the department of HUD, thus, the executive branch of the United States. Public accountability is a function of the capabilities of principal’s to judge the performance of this agency. Thus, the agency will be overseen by multiple governmental entities to ensure that accountability is held to those who fail to meet the standards of the agency, who enable the agency from fulfilling its duties, or who are engage in negatively skewing the perception of the agency in any way. My agency is an extension of the executive governmental body, thus we report to, and receive funds from the branch. Though FHEO agency has produced many policies to ensure fair housing opportunities, they have failed to enforce significant policies, reinforcing unjust housing actions, thus diminishing the act entirely. In addition to the lack of enforcement, the agency has also primarily focused on the discriminatory intent in regards to selling a renting houses, yet fails to address the issues of gentrifications. Due to this, the FHEO is outdated and responsive to the needs of the constituents in which it was established to cater to. As a result, the Inner City Agency takes on the responsibility to focus on evolving societal issues, such as gentrification. We will redesign policies to create long term progression with the hopes of generating true change for the future generations. In making these fundamental changes, we can have the desired society and a truly establishing a society which reflects the Constitutional notions in which America prides
