On Sunday January 25, 2016, at approximately 2145 hours, FHEO Security Officers were dispatched to E.D. room #40 for a Disorderly Patient in E.D. (51D). All Security Officers arrived and met with Nurse Jose Caban who stated that the Baker Act patient, Michael Dobis (DOB: 03/20/1986 FIN# 85128341), had made threats that he was going to leave. Security stood by and observed the patient while Nurse Caban drew blood and spoke with the patient. Security did not have to make any contact with the patient or go hands on and we cleared on the call at 2153 hours after confirming with the nurse that the situation was tranquil. Final call disposition was changed to a (51S) Patient Standby in E.D.
