The 4th ABCT was once one of the best brigades in FORSCOM. The 4th ABCT will once again be one of the best brigades. This brigade will be known for generating outstanding leaders and will attract quality leaders through strong and positive leadership development and an enduring climate and culture that lives and breathes leadership development. As an organization moving towards improving, key leaders within the brigade will have the opportunity to discuss leadership development during OPD/NCOPD sessions, officer calls, and with me or the brigade Command Sergeant Major personally using the open door policy. Leaders will have the opportunity to take charge of and put their mark on the leadership development of their subordinates. Over the
