Joint visit with Family Consultant, Easha. Teri and FC completed intake and enrollment paperwork. Teri mentioned that one of her daughter's were once enrolled in the EHS program. Teri mentioned that she loved what CDR does and how it helped one of her daughters. She mentioned that she is interested in enrolling four month old Tyeleah in the EHS program because it is a great resource. She is also interested in the agency's center-based program at Griffin Yeates in order to prepare Tyeleah for later transitions; such as other daycare centers, Head Start, and further schooling. She does not discuss any concerns for her daughter's development, but wants to give her child an opportunity to further her development. Teri has three daughters and lives
