Provident living plan #2:
This week is all about healthy living. We need to be careful about what we are putting into our bodies as well as making sure that they get enough exercise in order to stay strong. For the next two weeks my plan is simple. Just try to be healthy. Usually I don’t really eat as much fruit and vegetables as I should so one of my goals is to eat the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. I also plan on exercising more and drinking lots of water. At least 8 cups a day. We go through our days and because we are super busy a lot of the time we feel like we don’t have time to exercise or we say that we are too tired. Well no excuses this week. My plan is to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and hopefully create habits for myself that will stick for the rest of my life. Even if I have to wake up at 5am every morning to do it I will. The nutrition calculations are all about a balance between the six major food groups and we should make sure we intake a balanced diet on an everyday basis. If I do this not only will I be stronger and healthier and have more energy, but I will be able to pass on those good habits to my children so that I can ensure that they are growing to be healthy and strong. The four kinds of exercise are physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Exercising these four groups will not only maintain their skill but will increase it continually. When I have a family, I want them to be the best that they can be in every way. Keeping a healthy lifestyle is just another way that we can become stronger and does things that we never thought were possible. In the home and family healthy living is very important because as parents it is our job to teach our children all things that are for their good and healthy living is so important because it is what will help them grow in many ways. I will keep a log of my calories
