Simple Business Plan

Here, a sample outline for a simple business plan you may follow for your final project is given. A real business plan will be more complex than this, and will include sections on financials and controls, as well as detailed information about investment, marketing, governance, etc. Not every business plan is the same, and not all business plans follow the same format. This is just an example of how a small business may present itself. The business plan is a broad roadmap for the business to follow in operations and in development.
