1. Produits : des produits de hautes qualités, user friendly, avec du hardware de dernière génération
2. Price : des prix d’entrée de gamme pour des produits haut-de-gamme. Se place en concurrent aux acteurs traditionnels mais est imbattable sur le prix

4. Promotion : tout comme Apple, Xiaomi organise de grandes keynotes où elles convient de nombreux journalistes internationaux pour faire la promotion de ses nouveaux produits. Elles utilisent donc principalement la press (earned) et le bouche à oreille pour se faire connaître et faire connaître ses produits

Il était en charge de travailler à la localisation d’Android en Chine. o Le CEO et le vide-président ont tout 2 travaillé chez Kingsoft, une entreprise de Hong-Kong qui édite une suite bureautique. o D’autres co-fondateurs ont travaillé pour Motorola, Google, Microsoft, la plupart ont étudié aux US o Hugo Barra, qui a été vice president des produits Android chez Google, est responsable produits et opérations partout en dehors de la Chine continentale
