Throughout the goal setting process, management creates a plan, or map, of how to achieve them. Breaking them up into smaller, attainable goals, each quarter is one piece of the goal. Setting quarterly goals keeps us on track. If we don’t meet our goals one quarter, then we at least know where we stand, and could possibly not hit that goal for the year.
