Frankie Tilman continues to be out of treatment compliance. His attendance continues to be poor and when he is present for treatment his effort in doing treatment and homework is not considered satisfactory. It appears that Frankie is experiencing a level of “approach-avoidance”. As he gets closer to the goal of completing SSODA, it appears, he is avoiding attaining this goal by doing things that actually prevent him from goal attainment, specifically, avoiding treatment appointments by being late, missing appointments altogether, and failing to complete his homework.
