DEED OF SALE WITH TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This instrument made and executed in Dasmarinas City Cavite this December 5, 2014 and between: DELFIN GALICHA, JR. of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Block 8 Lot 18, Barangay Fatima IK Dasmarinas City Cavite, here in after called the Vendor-Transferor; And JESSIE FERNANDEZ REVILLA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
WHEREAS, the VENDOR-TRANSFEROR is the owner of the excess lot with a residential house erected on it located at BLK 13 LOT 4 Barangay Sanfrancisco I Dasmarinas City Cavite;
WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and in the amount of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P75,000) receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR-TRANSFEROR from the VENDEE-TRANSFEREE the former hereby SELLS, CEDES and TRANSFERS he aforementioned calculated (140 sqm.) parcel of lot and the rights there to the latter, his heirs, assigns and successors.
