Hello! I'm Will Tedrow, living in a small town in Northwest Montana can sometimes feel pretty isolated. It's nice to be able to meet people from all over the nation! I am the Youth Director, and Camp Director for a local grassroots non-profit, Flathead CARE. We work with youth from all walks of life creating a strong connection to their peers and the community. Working with youth is my greatest passion and fuels my own growth. The most rewarding aspect of my job is training youth to become advocates and leaders for their peers. Everyday I get to watch the shy kid at the back of the classroom transform into a consistent voice of support for those in need; leading change in their school.
