Grecia Olivares-Diaz is a New York native that has been working in Youth Development for about 8 years. Grecia started her work with youth in 2008 with the Greenpoint YMCA. Within those 8 years Grecia has had several different roles. She first started as an afterschool group leader and then shortly she got promoted to Pre-School Assistant Teacher. After being a preschool teacher Grecia began working in an administrative role as an Afterschool Program Coordinator. Grecia is currently working in the Crown Heights/Bed-Stuy area as a Program Director. Grecia is very excited for the opportunity to work for Uncommon Schools. She has a great passion for working with youth and in her new role in Uncommon she will be bringing in all of her administrative
