Some ways in which training programs use teams to facilitate training materials are in medicine or nursing, as a method of reducing human error. It’s a teamwork protocol that uses a lecture, several role plays and guided discussions for feedback and error management techniques to increase teamwork behaviors during trauma resuscitation (Journal of Applied Social Psychology, 2013). Teachers are teaming together in New York once a month from different schools that allows the teachers to learn continuously from one another to support learning. They focus mainly on improving math instruction across all grade levels. The teachers are not only bettering themselves in education but it has a great impact on their students as well (Journal of Staff Development, 2013). To build an effective team, leaders must build their relationships of trust and loyalty. They should consider each employees ideas as valuable and be sensitive to their feelings. Effective teams resolve minor conflicts together and be creative together. Team members should share information, after all the more ideas the better. Everyone should be clear when communicating. The team leader should pay close attention to the way team members work with each other and help improve those relationships by establishing team goals and setting ground rules (www.ucsf.edu by Suasan Fahny). Some ways to build team commitment are: Roles and responsibilities should be set so team members know what they are and the team leader should know the team members skills so they have the right roles on the team. Empowering your team members keeps your team committed to the project. Giving them your support and letting them do their thing builds trust. When a job is done, pat them on the back and give some praise for good work. Having a sense of humor makes for a better work environment and less stressful. Having a little laughter always helps keep the flow going. You can assess team members on their completed work by their performance, their interpersonal communications, the effectiveness they had on the project and what their contributions were and if they met their deadlines (www.adamhcohen.com).

...When you are in a group, you have more vast amounts of information due the diversity of the group. Your fellow group members may have a thought or idea you wouldn't think of on your own. Author Thomas Saaty (Saaty & Peniwati, 2008) states that when you have a group, there is no way to make everyone happy on every issue. This is true because everyone one in your group has different views and opinions. Because there are so many differences, conflicts are sure to arise. Communication skills can be improved because it encourages you to be an active listener. Active listening is listening with all of one's senses. It's listening with one's eyes as well as one's ears. Your left with the choice try to park close or park far away and walk the long distance to festival. One obvious solution would be the lots having better management so one could be aware that the lot is open or closed. Too many times it was reported that pull up to lot entrance to find it unattended or the closed sign hidden well within the driveway. Once a spot is found close is costly less distance to walk, cheap hopefully you have your walking shoes on its going to a walk to the set meeting point.
