I remember my first day at Critical Mass as a Marketing Science Analyst. I was terrified. I was working at this a big agency. I was meeting so many people all at once. As I was sitting in my cubicle, there was this man next to me who started asking me questions. I could even think straight or hold a conversation from how nervous I was that day. But, he kept asking me questions, about my summer plans or my hobbies. After a certain point, it started to seem excessive. I was wondering why he was asking me so many questions.
