Increased Blood Supply
As you start to exercise your muscles start to increase their need for oxygen and there is a higher demand of other nutrients such as carbohydrates and fats which are needed to produce adenosine triphosphate. . In the body, red blood cells are used to transport oxygen around the body. To do this more comfortably and quickly, blood vessels expands to allow more blood to enter your muscles.
Due to this increase in activity the demands for oxygen is much greater. This extra demand is met by an increase in blood supply through capillary dilation or constriction. Allowing the body to control the flow of blood (blood shunting). Look at blood supply difference to muscles during exercise!

Synovial fluid’s function is to lubricate joints which make the join suppler. Movement of the joints stimulates the secretion of synovial fluid which lubricates the joint. This fluid becomes less viscous and the range of movement at the joint increases.
Manoeuvrability exercises such as arm circles and knee bends keep the elbows and knees are kept supple by a continuous steady supply of synovial fluid. During exercise the synovial fluid will become less viscous. Most exercises also increase your range of movement as they stretch out your muscles. As in a typical physical activity, you would take part in a warm up, in this warm up one of the things that will be done is stretching, this decreases the risk in muscle strains meaning that by taking part in the stretching you now have an increased range of movement In the muscles than if you don’t
