I believe the trend adopted by the Cleveland Clinic to promote a healthier workforce by banning hiring smokers is an honorable initiative because, it will improve the overall health of their workforce, shows the customers their strong conviction toward the health and wellbeing of their organization as well as patients, and the policy will save the organization money.
