This is Sumita Rai, who is from Nepal and she moved to UK 10 years ago with her husband. Her husband is 85 and Sumita is 82 years old and they lives together and other family as well, she has 2 sons and 2 daughters, they are 30s and 20s also she got her 2 grandchildren. They all live together, which was her choice to live together. Sumita’s relatives are in England as well which she always visits them and every day and have dinner or meals with them. Sometimes she takes her grandchildren with her and also her husband goes with them too.

Lifestyles- sumita is from upper class and she have two houses in nepal and one car, two bikes in nepal, which was brought for her grandsons. sumita have opened a school from her name in nepal for poor children to study, so which tell us that she’s kind and polite women and also understand others feeling or she’s caring person.sumita does care about other felling and understand them quick and also mostly she try make her children happy and also her grandchildren are love for her. she always brings toys fro them before they asked to her or their parents. sumita doesn’t like having fat or oily foods also she can’t let other to eat as well. sumita always tell her children to eat healthy foods and she eat healthy foods as well. her diet is perfect for her, like for example she always want to eat fruits and vegetables mostly rather than having to much meat or fats. sumits doesn't like too much noise and crowd around her, but when ever her grandchildren need to play she just send them to the separate room and let them play there also she have brought different kind activities for them to play. sumita always like have fun in each festivals, by having new clothes, nice foods and also she always want every relatives to come to her house and have, but she doesn’t care about the money for it, she just want spend money as much it needs. It is predictable that Sumita has got some medical problem, which is asthma that was inherited from her mother because her mother had the same problem before. She takes her medicine every day at night and in the morning. While taking the medicine she needs the help from her daughter or others because she can’t see properly her and also her family need to make sure that she doesn’t take wrong medication. Her daughter need to help her and, she doesn’t take only one medicine, it's a lot that's why she might get confused with it and not easy for her to read. Sumita look like her mother, the eyes colour, hair also the nose is same as her mother and that make her same as her mother. sumita go her father height, she is tall and thin as her mother but her height has became small now because when you get old and your bones get small and your back bend. even though sumita's children have same faces as her, so her daughters also look like her and the height is same as well, which was inherited from her.

It's unpredictable that sumita came to the england to stay with her daughters and in the future if her daughters doesn’t like to stay in england want to back to nepal they can go, because they don't have to stay in the same country till the end. her children did study there but they don't need to stay there for whole time, they can go to their country and have some jobs or live there. Sumita is getting weak, because she is old and also every old people are not same as before so they start getting weak and not strong enough, get tired to much and so sometimes her knee hurts while she walks 10 minutes in park with her family, so Sumita need the walking stick. Sumita is able to care for herself only sometimes she needs help with her medications and going out for walk. The environmental factors about sumit’s life, Sumita’s house is in the middle of the greenery which is there are a tree and garden round her home and it's always useful in summer and winter. Her grandchildren got so much big space to play around the house and a big garden for them. Also Sumita go out for having fresh air with her grandchildren and also in the summer, they sit in the garden and have lunch there.

Social economics, sumita mostly socialise with her husband because he is there always to support her and also he understand her clearly , more than her daughters does. sumita is friendly with everyone and also she got lots friends outside and in nepal as her age and also some younger, she goes to them to meet and also her friends comes to meet her. whenever she miss her friends in nepal, she call them and talk and also they call as well. sumita have quite good memory about her previous time which she spend with her friends and family because she can tell when u ask about her past and the enjoyment that she did before with friends. sumita had a lots of nepali friends and they was caring and polite to her.

Biological, when Sumita was pregnant in the past, sumita used to smoke cigarettes and accidently she had smoke in beginning of the pregnant as well because she didn't know it so, afterward, when she gave the birth to her first daughter, her baby was underweight and at that time sumita didn't drink plenty of water, so her baby was became hydrated because of less water on her body.

Nurture and nature

Nature mean the guidance of a person’s genetic set up and their growth and knowledge, which means no one can’t change it because it’s fixed like for examples, eyes colours, heights.

As the Nature, Sumita’s height from the dad, she can’t change it and also her eyes and the nose from her mother and these things, which she can’t changes even though she want.

Nurture mean the effect of the person’s family education and for future, the things change in their life, developing family in later life. Also they get more intelligent in the educatio as well so they become nurse or doctor or the engineer etc.
As the nurture, Sumita have change her country even though she was born in Nepal, and also she didn't have asthma before but later on she got it which means something change to her.

Physically: Sumita will lose her energy and she is weak because of her age, it's getting old and also she have eyesight, and her knees hurts as well when she walk.

Intellectually: Sumita have good memory because she can remember the past little bit more and also she is talented as before but not much. As much knowledge she know, she share those knowledge with her daughters and sons also teach to grandchildren as well.

Emotionally: As a mother, Sumita is worrying about her children. Sumita think that her children may get hurt and also she think her children might not get love much as she used to do and her husband when they pass away.

Socially: Sumita have lots of friends and she meet them everyday with those who are in UK because she got more friends in Nepal. Her all friends are some older and some younger by some months and year.
