Structuring a high functioning team is difficult effort, does not occur instantaneous, and it approaches mainly from action building. Action team building includes members in a particular action desirable to develop a high performance team. For instance, a team might want to decide on the purpose of the team, on what determination it will take for the team to be successful, on the concept and task of the team, on the duties of the team also of each team member, on the norms that the team will function by, and on the objectives of the team. When these essentials are ascertained, it takes time, repetition, and continuous develop on building a high performance team. High performance teams are those with members whose abilities, approaches, and skills empower them to accomplish team objectives. In a supposed sympathetic trusting atmosphere, remain capable to successfully established objectives, mark conclusions, connect, accomplish struggles, and resolve difficulties (Solis, Abraham 2013). A team is “defined as a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable” (Warrick 2014). Teams can advance by maintaining themselves in decision-making or administrative obstacles by recognizing their desires, communiqué cooperatively with the organization, and giving clear response to the organization about their desires, their development, and the ways the organization can support them achieve their goals.
