- Serve as an ambassador for the organization and represent its interest in the negotiation of rents, and review and preparation of leases
- Identify available apartments for lease for Hildebrand's emergency Scattered Site shelters
- Facilitate monthly housing education workshops for clients (e.g. tenant responsibilities; navigating proprietor and neighbor issues; property maintenance; public housing/ Section 8, etc.)
- Serve as the interface between Hildebrand and landlords to resolve client tenant property issues
- Manage Hildebrand's permanent housing portfolio. Work with facilities to ensure that property safety standards are maintained, and fair housing laws are followed
