Management
• The process of planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, leading, controlling and decision making in order to achieve organizational objectives • Effective and Efficient management can ensure the organizational objectives can be achieved • Management is controlling company’s resources to achieve the goal

• Management can be classified into different levels according to the responsibilities of the managers
