How Is Atticus Finch A Lovable Character

In the book To Kill a Mockingbird By Harper Lee, The Character Atticus Finch Has to go through many difficult things like defending a black man in court. But he keeps calm and has a positive attitude throughout the book he has man characteristics that describes him. They all show the kind of person he is and how he is liked throughout the town of Maycomb, Alabama.
Atticus Finch has certain characteristics that make him a lovable character in the small town of Maycomb. One of those characteristics is empathy. On pages 291 through 293. In these pages it talks about Mr. Ewell Spitting in Atticus’ face and jem being upset about the innocent. But Atticus says “Jem, see if you can stand in Bob Ewell’s shoes a minute. He had to have some kind of comeback.”
