How to Get a Tattoo That You Won’t Regret

Introduction * I will give some statistics about the number of tattooed adults in the United States and say something about how people aren’t taught about tattoos. * “According to Science News, 21% of Americans have a tattoo – That’s more than one in five.”
Goal
* There is so much stuff about tattoos that I wanted to cover but couldn’t because of the time limit. So, I’m focusing on the most important things to think about when getting a tattoo.
Thesis
* When getting a tattoo, it is important to consider tattoo placement, select the proper artist/shop, and observe “tattoo etiquette.”
Body
1. Tattoo placement is important to consider. * You must decide where you want to get your tattoo. * Pain is not the most important thing to think about when considering tattoo placement. * I will discuss the “no future club” with the appropriate visual aid.
Transition
* I’ll say something like “The next thing to think about is selecting the right artist/shop.”

2. You must pick a tattoo artist and tattoo shop. * Someone should pick their tattoo artist based on the artist’s reputation and style specialization. * I will discuss why it is important to view getting a tattoo as establishing a relationship with an artist and not as a one time thing. * An artist will be more inspired/creative if you get a tattoo style they specialize in. * You should get tattooed at a reputable tattoo parlor. * I will discuss some health department requirements for the state and show some pictures of what happens when someone gets a tattoo from a shop that doesn’t follow the health code.

Transition * I’ll say something like “The last thing you need to consider before getting tattooed is general “tattoo etiquette.”

3. It is important to observe “tattoo etiquette.” * You...

...United States of America December 1, 2012 Apple team member To our apple team member, First of all Apple wants to thank you for your focus, dedication and the great job that you have done so far this year. We recognize your efforts to represent our brand in the best way possible each and every year. As you all know, in September 2012 Apple launched a new mapping system for the new IOS6. We launched this new mapping system knowing it is a major initiative for Apple. Unfortunately, we fell short on our commitment with the launching of our new mapping system, causing many confusion and dissatisfaction between our customers. We are aware of this problem and we are immensely sorry for the stress and frustration this may have caused to your everyday job here at Apple. We are working hard to make the customer experience even better and within days of the IOS6 release we managed to fix items on the mapping with the right name at the right place. We will be seeking outside help from mapping-technology firms and we are urging maps provider Tom Tom to fix some of the mistakes in the current map. Meanwhile this problem is being worked on; it is still possible to try alternatives like downloading Bing, MapQuest, Waze, Google or Nokia maps. It is also important to know that the more customers use the mapping system on the new IOS6, the better it will get. We are addressing this problem actively and we are sure to have this matter established for our customers to have a......

... CHAPTER ONE: "Chuck!" I stormed into the tattoo parlor eager to have my tattoo completed. "Is that you Jessica?" Chuck yelled from behind the purple velvet curtains. I grinned and spun around. "The one and only! you ready to finish my tattoo sweetcheeks?" my gaze slide over to the boys. The football players, they lazed around on the sofa's all laughing and slapping the number one, most wanted guy in shcool. Andrew. But now they stared at me, shock evident on their faces. Jade and Harper looked shocked as well, jaws slightly aslack. The one man that held my attention was Kyle, his grey eyes glared into mine filled with something sinfully dark I found myself gulping, his lips curled into a cruel smile and he scoffed before looking away. "Gimme ten minutes sweetheart. I'll be out soon just buy some food. Its on me!" Yes. I was starving. "You are darling Chuck! I'd marry you if I could!" I yelled back already hopping towards the phone on the counter. I called my favourite Kebab House and ordered a donner kebab. "You want anything Chuck?" I was well aware of the boys staring at me, there eyes trailing over my low cut, off shoulder crop jumper to my camel skort and then to my lace stockings down to my heeled sandals. My tattoes peaked out of the hem of my skirt, and I pulled off my gloves revealing the trbial marks tattoed on my hands. Gabriel's Inferno

...Yet there was something about her face and figure that reminded him of the girl he’d fallen in love with long ago. They’d gone their separate ways, and he had always mourned her, his angel, his muse, his beloved Beatrice. Without her, his life had been lonely and small. Now his blessedness appeared. As she approached him with her companions, he bowed his head and body in a chivalrous salute. He had no expectation that his presence would be acknowledged. She was both perfect and untouchable, a browneyed angel dressed in resplendent white, while he was older, world-weary and wanting. She had almost passed him when his downcast eyes caught sight of one of her slippers — a slipper that hesitated just in front of him. His heart beat a furious tattoo as he waited, breathless. A soft and gentle voice broke into his remembrances as she spoke to him kindly. His startled eyes flew to hers. For years and years he’d longed for this moment, dreamed of it even, but never had he imagined encountering her in such a serendipitous fashion. And never had he dared hope he would be greeted so sweetly. Caught off balance, he mumbled his pleasantries and allowed himself the indulgence of a smile — a smile that was returned to him tenfold by his muse. His heart swelled within him as the love he held for her multiplied and burned like an inferno in his chest. Alas, their conversation was all too brief before she declared that she must depart. He bowed before her as she swept by, and then......

Persuasive Speech About Love

...about Listen as I tell you I suffer with a curse, never to leave a space or a blank verse, must fill every line with a tale to tell, so I'll tell you all about this spell. It started some time ago now, I met someone and made a vow, never to sin, never betray, never to leave in any kind of way. When people ask what love is, how can they understand, all I know is I feel unreal everytime you hold my hand, I'll tell them it's around us no matter what we do, for me love exists but only when I'm with you. Each of us hope that we find our soulmate, we wonder through life gently guided by fate, but I urge that no one in this world is the same, the echo in my dreams resemble your name. They say it's fate that guides...

Behind the Smiles

...I`m wearing my heart on my sleeve Feeling lucky today, got the sunshine Could you tell me what more do I need And tomorrow`s just a mystery, oh yeah But that`s ok [Repeat Chorus] Maybe I`m just a girl on a mission But I`m ready to fly [Repeat Chorus] Back To December I'm so glad you made time to see me How's life? Tell me, how's your family? I haven't seen them in a while You've been good, busier than ever We small talk, work and the weather Your guard is up, and I know why Because the last time you saw me Is still burned in the back of your mind You gave me roses, and I left them there to die So this is me swallowing my pride Standing in front of you, saying I'm sorry for that night And I go back to December all the time It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you Wishing I'd realized what I had when you were mine I go back to December, turn around and make it alright I go back to December all the time These days, I haven't been sleeping Staying up, playing back myself leaving When your birthday passed, and I didn't call Then I think about summer, all the beautiful times I watched you laughing from the passenger side And realized I loved you in the fall And then the cold came, the dark days When fear crept into my mind You gave me all your love, and all I gave you was goodbye So this is me swallowing my pride Standing in front of you,...
