I recommend Representative Kevin Brady to vote YES on H.R. 3504 (Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act).

I suggest you vote in support of H.R. 3504 or any bill or amendment that protects the life of a child that survives abortion. The child is a legal citizen and is therefore entitled to the protections of law.
I recommend a vote FOR H.R. 3504 for the following reasons:
Guarantees legal status of the infant;
Protects the infant as a legal person under law;
Imposes punishment of fine or imprisonment to practitioners who fail to exercise the same equal care and diligence to the life of the surviving child as any other child would receive;
Declares the killing of a child born alive as murder; and
Provides civil remedies for the woman who attempted the abortion if the doctor violates the fair and equal care of the child. …show more content…
3504 protects born-alive abortion survivors as legal persons. By doing so, the infants are protected under the law of the United States. This means that any hospital or facility the child is born in must offer the same diligence, care and effort in healthcare as any other child may receive. All legal persons must be protected by the law, as this is a founding principle of our country.
H.R. 3504 also imposes punishment for physicians and practitioners who do not provide equal care to a child who survives abortion. Failure to do so may be punishable by fines and/or imprisonment. The attempted killing or killing of a born-alive abortion survivor is subject to prosecution as murder, for the infant is now considered a human being.
