A job description is is a tool to help identify task, performances, responsibilities and duties of a position. It is a guide for employees to follow that identifies an employer expectations. Therefore, job descriptions are very important and should be taken seriously. The greatest asset of a company is the people(Moskwa, 2016).

Major plans will take effect prior to and during the transition phase of KS Cleaners. What’s more important to our transition is making sure we have great employees that can help make this a smooth transition. Therefore, we have created a strategic plan that have organizational structure and a standardized job description that everyone must follow.

Similar to what we are doing currently we will start to make sure everyone who become an employee learn the proper expectations of their job. So, we will be looking into performance planning, development, performance execution, …show more content…
I say this because I want to ensure that I am finding out exactly what duties are being performed at the first location. With this in mind I must identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that this business face.

Another key thing to remember is a signature line is important to add. It supports understanding and allows legal measurements to be conducted. A signature clearly assume responsibility is taken and it says I agree to perform the duties listed in this document. Therefore, employees can not say they did not know it was apart of their job if it is listed in the job description.

Finally, I will give a brief description below of our future job description draft. We will evaluate this at the first location by reviewing prerequisites, implementations, and performance management. The job description should include things that support the mission and vision(Aguinis, 2013).

Field survey data including annual objective salary and self-reported attitudes among 370 Chinese employees in 51 organizational workgroups supported our cultural predictions by showing that the relationship between workgroup salary dispersion and turnover intention was positive only among employees with higher rather than lower levels of Chinese traditionality and among those with lower rather than higher salary levels. Furthermore, the results of mediated moderation analyses suggest that a dual-deprivation path model can explain the above relationships.
