Nowadays many people like shopping in big malls than local shops. Do you think it is a positive or negative development? There is no doubt that shopping of any kind has a crucial role to play, when it comes to meeting daily requirements. These days it has become a growing trend for people to prefer to go for shopping in big shopping centers instead of local shops. To see whether this practice gives rise to greater concerns or offers more upsides, we have to look at both sides of the debate. One of the most conspicuous aspects of doing shopping in big malls is that they provide a wide range of varieties. Not only they offer a deluge of qualities and new promotions, but they also render better choice for one, which helps to save time and money. Apparently, the more people have options, the better qualities people have. For instance, i recently bought a Dell laptop. I went to a big mall and I chose better laptop from many productions and different brands. I firmly believe that cheaper and good quality of laptop I have now can largely be attributed to more options in big shopping mall. Another pivotal facet of doing shopping in shopping centers is that people can do comparison with other retails. Unlike village, where people hardly find the big malls that they have little option do compare, city people have easy do comparison with other competitors in big malls. As a result, the latter are more likely to benefit consumers. There are, however, some people against the above mentioned view. Supporters of this viewpoint say that people rarely have time to do shopping in malls, while they maintain their busy routine life. Needless to say, in this busy life local shops can play an integral part to cope with busy schedule. For example, one of my friends, he is too busy with their manage the work so he cannot have time to do shopping in malls. He always buy

...IELTS WRITING 1: A recent report revealed that there is a growing number of people choose to make a baby later in their livelihood, which contribute to a negative impact on society at large. Furthermore, such situation may weaken a sense of household. Therefore, finding out the causes are of great significance. There are a series of factors applying for this circumstance. The primary one to blame naturally goes to the economic concern. To be specific, nowadays, as our material life make a great forward, not surprisingly, what citizens spend on their children is becoming increasingly expensive, such as skyrocket housing price, high-priced educational cost, or surging goods and services in markets. Thus, the majority of people choose not to have children prematurely and even have children. Consequently, owing to steep costs, not only will adults put less value on raising children, but also the conception of family, like responsibility, unity may vanish step by step. As much as what has been mentioned above, another factor we should not fail to notice is the government policy. A case in point is a common phenomenon in wealthy nations and regions, government and authority provides financial aid to the elderly and retiree, as a result, these people do not rely on their children to support them in old age. Similarly, in china, it is omnipresent that the late child-birth are encouraged, thus, some spouses intend not to sacrifice their own lifestyles to the time and expenditure of...

...Many people decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it. This, they argue, leads to a more satisfying working life. To what extent do you agree with this view? What other things can people do in order to have a satisfying working life? It is true that some people know from an early age what career they want to pursue, and they are happy to spend the rest of their lives in the same profession. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that others enjoy changing careers or seeking job satisfaction in different ways. On the one hand, having a defined career path can certainly lead to a satisfying working life. Many people decide as young children what they want to do as adults, and it gives them a great sense of satisfaction to work towards their goals and gradually achieve them. For example, many children dream of becoming doctors, but to realise this ambition they need to gain the relevant qualifications and undertake years of training. In my experience, very few people who have qualified as doctors choose to change career because they find their work so rewarding, and because they have invested so much time and effort to reach their goal. On the other hand, people find happiness in their working lives in different ways. Firstly, not everyone dreams of doing a particular job, and it can be equally rewarding to try a variety of professions; starting out on a completely new career path can be a reinvigorating experience. Secondly, some people see...
