Group dynamics is a term used to describe the basic rules why people tend to form groups or teams naturally. The most common reason may be based on activities, interactions, and sentiments. The numbers of interests’ people share with each other effects their chances to group together. These interests may be political, religious, work related, lifestyle, economic, security, etc. There are different stages through which a group passes, both as natural and in a professional atmosphere.

Team Cohesiveness is one way through which we can improve team working ability. A team has better chances of performing well if its members have good cordial relationship with each other. A small group which meets frequently to discuss different problem and have the ability to reach a common goal, can increase cohesiveness to a great extent. Personal interactions have a positive effect on the overall performance because it would decrease negative competitiveness. Another way of improving group dynamics is Outcome interdependence. It can be explained as the manner in which group performance is rewarded. If the group is not rewarded at all, it is highly likely that further performance of the group will decrease. If some members of the group are rewarded leaving the rest out, it will likely result into disintegration of the team. This is because the ones left out will not perform productively and the group will suffer as a whole. Rewarding of a group appropriately will also encourage other workers to work in their group efficiently. As a result it leads to a good work culture in the whole organization.
Another important factor for good group dynamics is the belief that a team can work together productively and effectively. It is important that the team consists of different member types; these include shapers, coordinators, finishers, and team players.

How Effectively Does Congress Fulfil Its Constitutional Roles?

...argued that Congress does fulfil its constitutional roles as it may deliver effective over sighting, legislation, money bills, representation and foreign policy that may provide good checks and balances. However, most would argue that congress may not carry its roles effectively or sometimes not effectively enough which leads to poor scrutiny, and sometimes over-scrutinising, which leads to ineffective fulfilment of constitutional roles. I believe that the level of effectiveness will be the role of circumstances such as divided governments and united governments which can determine the effectiveness of congress for certain roles. Congress has the role to pass legislation, scrutinise and emend bills for an effective fulfilment of the role. Congress will often amend bills which are initiated by the president in order to check the balance of power. With Congress commonly amend bills, it shows evidence of effective fulfilment of this role to scrutinise the work of the president. Congress will also take a vote on a bill which allows further scrutiny as bills may be passed or rejected by Congress. However, it can be argued that these roles are not effectively fulfilled. For instance, many bills get amended and sometimes heavily amended in such a way that bills come out the other end unrecognisable to the presidentâs proposals. An example of this would be Obamaâs healthcare bill, and this is evidence of ineffective scrutiny that leads to bad, watered-down legislation. It also......

Effective Communication

...Effective Communication Health care organizations require multiple communications on a daily basis with inside and outside resources as well as the communities they serve. Effective communication is encouraged for better understanding and is essential for positive patient outcomes and the success of the health care organization. If communication is absent, errors occur which jeopardize the health care organization’s reputation as well as patient outcomes. Communication is an essential function of health care organizations, as it is the way information is shared across service lines and departments. Also, the organization’s structure plays into whether or not effective communication is possible.
