Server Buil Automation

...Installing Cobbler Introduction This post will show you step by step installation of Cobbler, please comment if you think anything’s is missing as you know nothing is perfect, so my blog  This topic focus on CentOS/RHEL/Fedora, if everything goes well here you should be able to build client servers without any manual work using PXE boot. Server setup. For the cobbler server basic requirement is you need two NIC cards if you want to use it for DHCP as well. Why do i need two NIC cards because it allow client servers to initially boot up in the private network where Cobbler will handle the installation. Since Cobbler utilizes DHCP and TFTP, making these services listen on a Private network will ensure that they don’t interfere with any other DHCP or TFTP server on the Public network. Once the installation has finished, the client can be moved to the Public network. Installation media You can use any media you want. You can burn iso to DVD of CentOS 5 or 6 or Fedora. Network selection. For the Network Configuration, I renamed System eth0 and System eth1 to Public andPrivate respectively. I configured each NIC with static information and made sure to check theConnect Automatically checkbox for each — otherwise NetworkManager will not bring the NICs up. Package Selection For this section either you can rely on kickstart file which will have all packages listed in a tab called %packages or you can have minimal install like “Server”. Post-Installation Steps. Disable......

Geneva Concept

...“LE FANCY SCHMANCY” FINE DINE IN GENEVA RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT (1024) Date of presentation 11th February 2014 Group Member Krunal, Ajaz, and sumeet. Concept of restaurant Fine dine Word count (CONCEPT) 6300. CONCEPT OF FINE DINING IN GENEVA A fine dining restaurant is one that offers its patrons the finest food, quality service and atmosphere. It is also the most expensive restaurant and menu should offer unique items, the service should be beyond doubt impeccable and the atmosphere should be inviting. Today fine dining can be in any type of setting and provide feature a wide variety of cuisine. Standards you should always include in fine dining are fine china, glassware and flatware (absolutely no paper, plastic, or Styrofoam). While tablecloths are hard to escape in fine dining, the rest of the atmosphere is up to your creativity. We can take the traditional route, with silver candelabras and Rose centerpieces, or go for hip and trendy with a bold color scheme and modern furnishings. Music playing subtly in the background should reflect your theme, such as classical for a traditional fine dining restaurant or jazz tunes for something modern. Lighting should also be subtle, leaning toward dim but romantic. MACRO INDUSTRY ANALYSIS FOR FINE DINE RESTAURENT IN GENEVA USING PESTEL The restaurant concepts of fine dine in Geneva depend upon a number of industry-specific and general economic, political, legal and other factors, many of......

Labor Union

...Labor Unions in the United States Posted Mon, 2010-02-01 17:21 by Anonymous Gerald Friedman, University of Massachusetts at Amherst Unions and Collective Action In capitalist labor markets, which developed in the nineteenth-century in the United States and Western Europe, workers exchange their time and effort for wages. But even while laboring under the supervision of others, wage earners have never been slaves, because they have recourse from abuse. They can quit to seek better employment. Or they are free to join with others to take collective action, forming political movements or labor unions. By the end of the nineteenth century, labor unions and labor-oriented political parties had become major forces influencing wages and working conditions. This article explores the nature and development of labor unions in the United States. It reviews the growth and recent decline of the American labor movement and makes comparisons with the experience of foreign labor unions to clarify particular aspects of the history of labor unions in the United States. Unions and the Free-Rider Problem Quitting, exit, is straightforward, a simple act for individuals unhappy with their employment. By contrast, collective action, such as forming a labor union, is always difficult because it requires that individuals commit themselves to produce "public goods" enjoyed by all, including those who "free ride" rather than contribute to the group effort. If the union succeeds, free......

International business is defined as “any commercial transaction-taking place across the boundary lines of a sovereign entity”. It may take place either between countries or companies or both. Private companies involve themselves in such transactions for revenue, profit and prosperity. If governments are involved, they need to maintain their image, dependency and economic growth. Sometimes economic ties are strengthened through such transactions. These transactions include investments, physical movements of goods and services, transfer of technology and manufacturing.
