This is my great pleasure to submit the internship report proposal on “Improving customers satisfaction for HSBC Bank" as a requirement of internship program for the fulfillment of BBA program.

In this report I will be focusing on the issues for improving customers’ satisfaction regarding the services provided by HSBC Bank. I will be collecting necessary information through questionnaire survey. I hope that the preparation of the report will help me to acquire knowledge about real life practice and help me in future. I will try to enhance my knowledge and make a satisfactory report.
