The person I have chosen to take part in helping me to do the interview is Marketa Gilyard. She is 37 years old and her race is white. Marketa was born in Prague, Czech Republic and lived there until she was six year old. When she was six her family moved to the United States due to the communist activity that was taking place at the time. I meet Marketa about three years ago through a good friend of my name Paula. Over the past few years I have grown close to Marketa and discovered that she is a wonderful friend to have. I am so glad to have meet Marketa and became friends with her through the help of my dearest friend Paula. I enjoyed watching Marketa taking the test because she was really serious about what she was doing. Ms. Gilyard was a very cooperative interviewee.
After completing the interview on Ms. Gilyard I noted that she remembers information more accurately is she observes the behavior being preformed. Among the questions that I asked was how did you learn and develop skills used in prison ministry. Interviewee said that she first observed the minister at her church teaching. She would take notes and observe the audience reaction to the information. Base on what she observed her interest was peaked and she then decided to go to the ministry training class. In the training class she observed other methods of teaching. This is how she developed and enhanced her own teaching style by watching the action being performed I would have to agree with my interview I remember information better when I observe the behavior being performed. I grew up watching my father cook and he did not use recipes. As I begin to cook myself I would recall his techniques. I have often tried to cook by using recipe books but for me it still easier to watch someone make a dish and then I can repeat it. I also enjoy watch cooking shows for ideas and I...

For security and law enforcement officers interviews and interrogations play a key role in building and solving cases. This paper will discuss the comparison and contrast between security interviews and security interrogations, the legal issues associated with security interviews and interrogations, and finally a security organization policy on conducting security interviews and interrogations. Interviewing and interrogating suspects are two important but separate vital aspects of collecting information about criminal activity. The difference between an interview and an interrogation is that security professionals conduct interviews, and law enforcement officers can conduct both. At first, the facts are not known and the individual is not accused of a crime, and the setting is meant to be comfortable and have an open dialogue. With interrogations the goal is to obtain reliable information to provide to the prosecutor and to the judge or jury so they have an accurate account of the crime. The setting of an interrogation is formal and in a controlled environment conducted,......

Manager Interview Paper

...Manager Interview Paper Job satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership in the Workplace Introduction As a business major, I surround by numerous success stories from internet, magazines and visiting business professionals in different lectures. They all achieve a certain kind of success although they may have totally different background, organizational culture and management style. Therefore, it is hard for me to find the common point behind their successes. When I start to learn organizational behavior, I begin to understand how their successes connect to each other with the help of various concepts and theories. In order to further understand whether managers implement the concept in to a real work scenario, I interviewed Peng Liu, the vice president of Hisen Pharmaceuticals Co., and write this paper to find out what exactly he did in a daily basis, and how his managing style related to the theories and concepts in organizational behavior. Memo to Instructor

...imagination would think about or a real life story that I would encounter while hunting in the woods with my dad. It was fun back then because there were no worries about proofreading or formatting. The biggest worry I had at that point was spreading my words out as far as I could and seeing how many sheets of paper that I could use so that mine would be longer than my buddies. As the years went on I guess you could say that I always “winged it” when it came to the writing part of the classes. I always waited until the last minute to do any research paper that I had and always managed to get a decent grade on everything, somehow. Once I got older I realized that I could not procrastinate as much because I would run out of time. I flew through English 1301 but struggled a little more with 1302. My memory of those classes and most of the stuff I learned is pretty shady since I took both of them about four years ago, so that means I will just have to do some extra studying for this class. The next year after those I took a technical writing class and kind of enjoyed that. I learned how to write a resume and also how to format business letters. We also worked on mock interviews and learned that it is important on how you layout your resume when applying because it could show that you are more professional. I have always...
