INTRODUCTION
Our history begins back in 1866, when the first European condensed milk factory was opened in Cham, Switzerland, by the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company. At 1867 In Vevey, Switzerland, our founder Henri Nestlé, a German pharmacist, launched his Farine lactée, a combination of cow’s milk, wheat flour and sugar. Nutrition has been the cornerstone of our company ever since.
“Henri Nestlé, himself an immigrant from Germany, was instrumental in turning his Company towards international expansion from the very start. We owe more than our name, our logo and our first infant-food product to our founder. Henri Nestlé embodied many of the key attitudes and values that form part and parcel of our corporate culture: pragmatism, flexibility, the willingness to learn, an open mind and respect for other people and cultures.” Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, Nestlé Chairman.
At 1905 the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company, founded by Americans Charles and George Page, merged with Nestlé after a couple of decades as fierce competitors to form the Nestlé and Anglo-Swiss Milk Company.
At present, Nestlé is the largest food and beverage company in the world. It is also well on its way to becoming world leader in nutrition, health and wellness. The emphasis is on the way Nestlé brings more nutritious products to more consumers all over the world. The focus is on our brands and products and we cover the way we run our business.

PRODUCT SELECTED OF ANALYSIS IS NESCAFE
Brazilian coffee meets Swiss science. That’s how NESCAFÉ was born. It all started in 1930, when the Brazilian government asked the NESTLÉ company to create “coffee cubes”. The Brazilians’ goal was to use their large coffee surplus.

Eight years of research resulted in a coffee that could be made by simply adding water but which retained the coffee's natural flavors.

Soluble coffee was introduced to the world on April 1, 1938. The new product was named NESCAFÉ – a combination of NESTLÉ and café.

During World War II, it became the staple beverage of the US armed forces and, from then on, its popularity really took off. NESCAFÉ has become the favorite coffee of many generations all over the world.

NESCAFÉ has over 70 years of expertise in selecting the best beans, blending, roasting and extracting the flavour of coffee. Our commitment to quality is tested millions of times every day by millions of coffee lovers around the world.
