Jayne’s growing business stop will face a lot of challenges. Even though, she wants to grow her business, it might not be the right thing to do. As a business grows, different problems and issues will occur. All too often, what works for one location might not work for a different location. Especially since she is looking to locate next to a mall that will cause her to have more competition from other shops. I know word of mouth is working for her business, but she will have to bring something that will make her stand out from the rest of the competition. Growth Strategy It's important not to assume that your current success means that you will automatically be able to take advantage of these opportunities. Every major move needs planning in the same way as a new business launch. Watch out for being too opportunistic - ask yourself whether new ideas suit your strengths and your overall vision of where the business is going. Bear in mind that every new development brings with it changing risks. It's worth regularly reviewing the risks you face and developing contingency plans. Business Form Jayne will need to change its business form from a sole proprietor to a LLC.
