Eighteen year old, Jeremy Strohmeyer, is ordered to face charges in Nevada after he raped and killed an innocent 7 year old, Sherrice Iverson, in Primm Valley casino restroom on May 25, 1997. David Cash Jr. claims he is guiltless as he did not try to intervene as he watched his friend snap the little girls’ neck in the stall. Strohmeyer will face first-degree murder and sexual assault while Cash, who could have stopped the murder, will walk free since Nevada doesn’t have a law saying that witnesses have to try to stop a crime.
