Jerry Dunning, Co-Founder of P.A.V., have always found mentoring adolescents a rewarding passion. Raising sons of his own, gives himself a more insightful, personal approach to stopping the violence and existing problems amongst the youth today. As a youth leader, Dunning knows the importance of positive role modeling while providing opportunities. In the same way, he better supports adolescents as they journey toward their future and adulthood. Dunning’s mission is to build integrity and inspire the next generation to live up to their fullest potential.
