Jessa Duggar Seewald just recently gave birth to her first son with husband Ben Seeewald. Jessa had been planning a home birth, but it turns out that this didn't work out for her. TMZ now shared that Jessa had to be rushed to the hospital to have her baby boy. Jessa tried to do a home birth, but complications ended up happening and an ambulance had to be called to the house. It picked her up and took her to the hospital. So far nobody has shared exactly what the complications were or why Jessa couldn't end up having the baby at home like planned originally.

Jessa was taken to a Fayetteville, Arkansas to the local hospital, but the exact complications have not been shared. Seewald tried for a home birth and things just didn't work out. The baby ended up weighing 9 lbs 11 oz., and measured more than 21 inches. A larger baby like this is harder to have naturally, but it is unknown if this was the complication that had Jessa heading to the hospital. Even though Jill is a midwife, she still had problems and heading to the hospital was the best thing for her when having this baby. The Duggars believe in trying for a home birth, but things just don't always end up working out the way that they want it to

Jessa's sister-in-law Anna has done a few home births herself and it turns out she actually helped Jessa to get her labor started. People shared what Anna did to help out Jessa.
