dd1014- Don't get stuck in your mess! (Go wash where He sent you)

Sometimes things happen in life that we don't like. Maybe it's a sickness, a relational problem, a business deal or maybe life has just been hard. Whatever the situation, I want to encourage you to not get stuck in your problem. Sometimes we can be in certain situations for so long that a person can begin to settle for where they are in life and that is not what God wants. He desires for us to overcome and to grow into the people He's created us to be.

Miracles still happen and God wants to do a work in all of our lives. How do I know? Like the famous bible song says "The bible told me so...". Acts 10:34 says that "God is no respector of persons". So if God did it for someone else in the bible, then He will do it for you and me. …show more content…
He asked if the man's parents had sinned or it the man himself had sinned and Jesus said that neither had sinned but that because the man was in that situation the power of God was going to show up.

John 9:3-7 it says "...he was born blind in order that the workings of God should be manifested (displayed and illustrated) in him. We must work the works of Him Who sent Me and be busy with His business while it is daylight; night is coming on, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the world's Light. When He had said this, He spat on the ground and made clay (mud) with His saliva, and He spread it [as ointment] on the man's eyes. And He said to him, Go, wash in the Pool of Siloam- which means Sent. So he went and washed, and came back seeing".

I want to point out that Jesus put mud on his eyes as ointment and told him to go wash at the place he was sent. Please hear

Factors of Career Choices as Determined by External Milieus

...FACTORS OF CAREER CHOICES AS DETERMINED BY EXTERNAL MILIEUS A Micro Research Paper Arabia, Lord Mark Anthony M. Villones, Wilson C. ED 4 Educational Research and Evaluation Masilang, Judy Marcia M. 22 March 2012 THE RESEARCH PROBLEM Career choice is an ongoing process, needs in-depth study, and requires much thought as it a decision that affects your future. As you learn new things you get an understanding of what you are interested in, what you would enjoy doing and what will be one of the best paying options. Career planning is a never-ending process as you gain experiences, grow, and improve. You need to give it a thought (Koonar, 2009). And there would always be a time that students will definitely begin to discern their future career. When the students reached this point, they now start to solicit ideas of what course to be selected as an embodiment of their future career. However, though most of them solicit ideas from the people who are learned in a particular discerning situation, they usually end up selecting their own choices (Polistico, 2009). When they fail to choose what their hearts desire, then would most likely shift course and end up the college level doubling the time intended for the particular course. The purpose of the study is to determine if career choice is really determined by the external milieus to which the students used to live. Furthermore, it seeks primarily to explore the extent of how these external factors could predict students’...

Its provides information of the relationship of John to the synoptic gospels that has been a recurring problem, not only for two centuries of modern critical scholarship, but for Christian theology and exegesis over a much longer period. Brief Summary In the paper of James Dvorak he uses three (3) theories to discuss the relationship of John to synoptic gospels. Literary Dependence that is discussed to make claims that John was literarily dependent upon one or more of the synoptic. Literary Independence contends that John was not dependent on the Synoptics but that the similarities between the two are due to use of a common tradition. The Suffix “ITE” means a descent from. “ISRAEL-ITE” means a descendant of their father Jacob whose name was changed to Israel, but the question still remains, “Who are the modern day Hebrew Israelites”? How are Christian central beliefs different than an Israelites? (Work on opening paragraph - especially the thesis statement for your paper.) The Quest for the Historical Jesus

...Rosemarie Stanislaus Term Paper August 1, 2014 The Quest for the Historical Jesus INTRODUCTION Over the centuries scholars from around the world have written a lot about religion, its meaning, relevance and contribution to humanity. There have been many speculations upon the nature and historical background of Jesus Christ. Many scholars have tried to dig into the few clues as to His identity and come up with a human side to which we can all relate. The study of Christianity and how it relates to Jesus Christ is very important to the whole world. Concerning the issue of Christianity, for example, the majority of people are taught in most schools and churches that Jesus Christ was an actual historical figure and that the only controversy regarding him is that some people accept him as the Son of God and the Messiah, while others do not. While the historicity of Jesus is the most debated subject in the field of religion today, the most enduring and profound controversy in this subject is whether or not Jesus Christ really existed. This paper will discuss who Jesus is, the controversy and biblical sources based on the views of scholars surrounding the historicity of Jesus. Finally, this paper will give Biblical evidence that Jesus existed. WHO IS JESUS? It is generally accepted that Jesus was truly a man who walked the earth 2000 years ago. Almost every religion teaches that Jesus was a prophet, excellent teacher or a Godly man. The...

Spurgeon……………………….………………………………..8 Personal Application………………………………………………………………………9 Conclusion…………………………………………………….…………………………………..9 Bibliography………………………………………………………………………………………9 Introduction Theology is defined as the systematic study of the nature of God and the nature of religious belief and truth. Given the broad history of Christianity, one can imagine the difficulty in summarizing the basics of Christian theology. Though the scope of this paper is not to inform the reader of historical data and information regarding theological foundations, a foundation must be laid down in order to fully understand the content within. An in depth definition and brief history of pastoral theology will be presented in order to provide clarification for the topic of this paper. Among Christians, mainly from the realm of seminary and other educational settings, Charles H. Spurgeon is commonly known as the “Prince of Preachers.” The impact that C.H. Spurgeon has had on modern day Christianity is legendary and all aspects of his pastoral ministry should be studied and fully understood. It is the intent of this research paper to educate, investigate and solidify the question that still remains, what was the specific theological foundation for Charles H....

...Philosophy. Greece is important to Philosophy because many great thinkers such as Pythagoras and Socrates were “Greek” thinkers. So more or less, I chose Greece for a personal educational gain rather than just some random society to write a research paper on. World historians and readers alike should be interested in this research because from Greece came the father of Western Philosophy, which is the backbone of what is taught in Western academia and really had a huge impact to the world, as we know it. With Philosophy comes questions, with questions come many great answers that impact societies and even the earth. I want to study how Greece’s political economy impacted philosophic thinkers and people alike. In order to help readers understand whether or not outside forces like society’s political economy impacts deeper thinking like philosophy I will dive deep into Athenian Democracy, documents certain philosophers wrote in the day and time in which they lived, and even look into some other people of the time who had strong opinions on what exactly was going on them. Philosophy impacted more than most people think and I am sure in my research I will be able to back that up with primary sources to prove my argument. In writing this research paper I will be exploring the political economy of Classical Greece between 510 – 323 BCE. In addition, the geographic region I will be diving into will be Athens, Greece. I chose this mainly to enlighten myself (and hopefully the readers) on...
