Enclosed you will find a copy of my justification report detailing implication and integration of the communication platform Adobe Connect. At Adobe Connect, we’ve found the key to the connected experience is providing the right content at the right time in the right context and in the right channel. Every business and government agency has a unique workflow that is optimized for their particular needs. Any new communication, conferencing, or collaboration application should complement existing workflows and not disrupt operations. Therefore, most deployments need to be customized with and easy way to sign-on, extract data to serve other applications, provide reporting, and connect with other systems in the network.
I have included in the report an acquisition strategy along with a budget analysis for you to review at your convince. Executive Summary

Adobe Connect delivers virtual solutions that reduces the cost of in-person activities, and make collaborative sessions possible and more productive. A proven easy-to-use solution that meet strict government standards to enable mission critical collaboration, rapid training, and effective citizen engagement. Adobe’s solutions are designed to help government agencies optimize constituent-facing applications while automating back-end processes enabling approved members anywhere in the world, to collaborate on projects, conduct meeting within a stringent security framework. Adobe Connect works closely with customers to identify, understand, and document customizations that are essential to achieving success with and overall program. These needs are documented and actively managed to ensure all key stakeholders provide input and that the project requirements are aligned. Once these requirements are agreed upon, a milestone-driven work breakdown schedule is delivered to organize and optimize both the Adobe Connect and the customer’s resources. Customization and integration efforts go through quality assurances processes both internally at Adobe Connect, as well as with coordinated cross-organization teams on premise to ensure proper User Acceptance Testing (UAT) occurs and there is confidence in the deployment. Customizations are also delivered with best-practice usage guides to assist the customer in developing processes and plans. This ensures that customizations are rigorously tested and appropriately meet the overall business objective.

Due to the travel budget that has escalated to over 500,000 dollars a month in expenditures at the current rate that number is set to double within the next five years. Because of recent budget cuts to all departments within the federal government a solution to scale back the number of travel hours has been mandated. For security purpose these meeting have taken place in person because of states having different security measures that are not compatible.
B. The Method Used
We used a test subject A and applied one month of travel time then compared it to subject B who used Adobe Connect to attend the same meetings and compared the monetary values.
Adobe Connect provides a managed private cloud with the option of having servers deployed in data centers that are compliant with the Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA). C. Findings
The paid hours spent driving and flying in relation to eight hour work days showed the amount of money saved with the same results. Web conferencing and unified communication solutions help employees and customers meet, communicate, and collaborate online. These solutions provide the ability to share screens, work on shared documents and applications, and communicate through audio and video conferencing. This helps organizations meet with important partners or clients online or host a impromptu meeting with co-workers with wasting the time and expense associated with travel. Therefore, organizations can avoid lost productivity when team members are out of the office and minimize having team members deal with airports and traffic jams. Video conferencing is an important part of virtual team collaboration. Web conferencing enables a more visual communication which increases comprehension, data absorption, and audience engagement. And, when there is better participation from team members or the audience, then decision-making is enhanced, meetings are shorter, and productivity is increased.

D. Analysis Deploying real-time collaboration solutions on our FISMA-compliant service takes weeks, not months, while providing a reliable, secure platform for all of your real-time collaboration needs. D. Conclusion

...THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES Looking at both debates, it seems both candidates are using lines and words for their ad campaigns to point out the other’s faults and their strengths. The format of a Town Hall setting is not as useful or structured as the last debate at the Lynn University. The Town Hall is too much of a “get your question asked” style with the candidates yelling and talking over each other. The moderators seem to lose control of the debate as it went on and it was more of a shouting match then an actual debate.
