Kayes Flare was born on the 1st January 1995. Kayes grew up in a small area of Los Santos known as Idlewood. During Kayes's life he witnessed unusual things that most do not hear nor see. Kayes witnessed multiple gang wars and viewed the horrific scenes. From a young age Kayes's parents raised him with the hopes of him joining the army or a police department. They trained him well, he learned how to use guns and how to defend himself in tricky situations. During his teenage years he started high school, he enjoyed it very much and learned a lot of things that would be useful for him in his life in the future.
