Since 1923, The Walt Disney Company has been providing quality entertainment for every member of the family, across America and around the world. They have established themselves as the leader in the animation industry and have become the largest media conglomerate in the world. Currently located in 9 different countries, Disney is always looking for additional opportunities to expand their franchise and establish a greater presence in the world. With a strong reputation of developing and managing effective and efficient organizational structures and processes, countries such as Kava; a small island country in the South Pacific have been requesting the Walt Disney Company not only bring their reputation to their country, but also their business culture. The first step in accomplishing this task is completing a business plan outlining the potential issues and forces that may impact Disney’s final decision. According to Amo, T. (2013) “A strategic business plan serves as a guide. It helps leaders of organizations identify their objectives and formulate detailed plans on how to achieve them. It is a necessary tool for the success of any company.” This process could take various forms, based on what is not only good for Disney but also for the people of Kava by discussing organizational processes, human resources, and ethics. There are many advantages and disadvantages for Disney to establish a greater presence in Kava and along with identifying the issues and forces that may occur, Disney must also implement decision-making techniques and solutions to counteract these potential issues. Providing a well thought out plan will determine the best approach for Disney to take in establishing a greater presence in Kava.

Christopher Hruby Plants and Civi Section 2 Christopher Hruby Plant and Civi Section 2 Kava Not Only A Relaxant But Also Helps With Muscle Growth, Which Can Benefit an Entire Economy. Kava has always been known for a relaxant that can cause health issues if used in large amounts. But there are also benefits to the plant as well. The South Pacific Kava plants roots provide a natural relaxant, while at the same time allowing an increase in muscle growth to increase as well. Since the economies of countries in the South Pacific such as Fiji are dependent on this plant; it can be sold for the use in work out supplements to promote muscle growth. Which the demand for new work out supplements is always at a high level and that is why the economy of Fiji would increase for growing this plant. The Kava plant is also known as the Piper methysticum. It is a perennial shrub and it is part of the piperacea family (Sarris and Scholey, 2012). Kava is from the South Pacific region of the world. This is one crop that truly only grows in this region. Seeing how it needs the warm weather and the moist ground in order to flourish (Sarris and Scholey, 2012). Although the plant only grows in the region of Fiji, the plant has not been needed in mass amounts as of now. This is because of the health issues to the liver that arose during the 1990’s, mainly Hepatotoxicity (Sarris and Scholey, 2012)...

...up to be. The Kava Island is one of these places that I am talking about. The inhabitants on the island of Kava are going through very tough times right now. The company with whom I am now working with works in the pharmaceutical field, and I will help them come up with how they as a company can help in the restructuring area on the island of Kava. Identifying problems of the Kava people as well as coming up with a criterion to do so will help build our goals as well as our objectives. We will also evaluate the causes and effects of all of the trials and tribulations that have hit the Kava Island. Two weeks after achieving my degree in business in the management field, I was hired by a pharmaceutical company in Japan. I was to be an assistant to the strategic planning director with their company. As I knew when I took this job it would require me to travel all over the world, and in this case to the island of Kava located in the South Pacific region of the world. I researched the Kava Island as I had never heard of I before, and after researching information on the background and what the island had to offer, it excited me and I very much so looked forward to working with great people and helping out as much as I could for the good of the Kava cause. The island had to be beautiful, I figured, because of its location. I was thrilled to embark on this new chapter in my life and see what I could make of myself and others. When I arrived on the island of Kava, it was a view...

...writing. In fact, the three universities that I have attended in the past have all required me to use the APA style of writing. As I recall my high school years, the APA style of writing also seemed to be a favorite amongst my high school teachers. They all required that term papers be written in APA style as well. This type of writing actually does not differ much from the ones included in the text reading. The text mentioned the APA style of writing several times. In my opinion, it appears to be the most popular style of writing, especially amongst college students. Based on the results of the quizzes, my grammar skills were actually a little better than average. I actually had expected to do better, but I guess my grammar skills are not as good as I thought they were. In any event I feel very confident when it comes to spelling, as I have always been a great speller. Even in grade school, I was a good speller. I learned at a very young age to challenge myself when it comes to spelling. Challenging my-self in that area really paid off as I became older, as I’ve never had a problem with spelling. However, I feel that I need more help with run on sentences and with thought patterns. Though I proof read my paper several times, it’s hard for me to see that I have several run on sentences until after I get my grade back. In general, I feel that my writing is just mediocre. However, I also believe that when it comes to writing, I am my own worst critic. Reason being, I am never...

I have to make sure that I don’t do that anymore. I have to make sure that I don’t forget the punctuations because I have the habit of not putting them where they belong and stuff.
